Low Calorie WW Chocolate Milkshake Recipe

4 March 2011 One Comment

I absolutely adore Chocolate Milkshakes from fast food restaurants. Sadly, indulging in one of these guys is a wonderful way to sabotage your diet. Instead of consuming between 600 (for a 12 oz. Chocolate Shake from McD’s) and 800 (for a 22 oz. Chocolate Shake from McD’s) calories in one sitting, try out this great and simple recipe for making an easy reproduction that won’t cause you to go over your calorie budget for the day.

Ingredients:
I cup Skim or Soy Milk
1 oz. Fat Free / Sugar Free Pudding
1 Cup Ice

Toss all these ingredients in your blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency. Not chocolatey enough for you? Add some more pudding mix or even add in some low calorie chocolate sauce (since this is such a low calorie snack you can splurge and add in a bit of the good stuff). In the end this snack will run you about 110 to 200 calories depending on what ingredients you include.

Chocolate not your thing? Try some of the other exciting pudding flavors available to create your perfect milkshake. Jell-O Pudding from Kraft Foods offers fat free / sugar free flavors including banana cream, butterscotch, cheesecake, chocolate fudge, lemon, pistachio, vanilla, and white chocolate – you’ll definitely be able to find a flavor to make the perfect guilt-free indulgence snack for you.
